Domestic & International Shipping Policy
The Believe Shop takes 2-5 days to process orders after your order is confirmed and orders are shipped on business days (M-F) excluding all major holidays. If you make an order past 4 PM PST, it will be processed the next business day. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number for your shipment.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The price of the item does not cover shipping, customers are responsible for 100% of shipping/handling costs.
We should be on track to send out shipments based on this timeline. If you choose standard shipping, you can expect the package to arrive in 4-10 business days for all domestic orders. International shipments typically take between 7-21 business days with USPS First Class international. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and various APO/FPO locations, can take anywhere between 3-5 weeks.
Please note the shipping times we post are an approximation, due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, shipping might take longer in certain parts of the country and in the world. While this is out of our control, we believe that postal workers are doing their best to keep shipments on track amidst this global crisis.
All orders are Final Sale, unless you make an apparel order. While we do not accept refund requests, we can facilitate a sizing exchange for any of our apparel items. While the Believe Store is not responsible for any lost/stolen items, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at shop@believemedia.com, and we can try our best to assist you.
Some items, such as our hand sanitizer and perfume, cannot ship overseas due to legal restrictions. International orders might be subject to additional customs/import taxes or fees. These fees are calculated and charged at checkout.
